Your purchase did not work out for you? We are happy to grant a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

• Please email buttstashus@gmail.com to initiate a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase date. Items attempted to be refunded or exchanged outside of this period will not be eligible for return and/or exchange.

• You must give your name, address, and contact information (email address and phone number) along with the order number and reason for refund or exchange.

• Items must be shipped back to ButtStash at cost of shipper. Instructions will be emailed to you.

• Refunded and exchanged merchandise must have original packaging and appear to be in their original and unused condition. If items are not returned in this condition, purchaser may receive up to 50% back on the original total purchase price.

• ButtStash must have the item being returned or exchanged in our warehouse and approved before issuing a refund or exchange. 

• Upon receiving and inspection of return, any refunds or exchanges will be made within 10 business days.

• This return policy only applies to products purchased from the ButtStash online store. Purchases made at other locations are not eligible. 

• ButtStash recommends using a trackable and insured delivery method for items shipped back for return or exchange. ButtStash is not responsible for the loss of the merchandise during the return process.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

ButtStash reserves the right to soley limit and define, refuse and/or reject customer returns or future purchases at any time under the following:

• Noted irregular or excessive returns history of merchandise that is brought back damaged, used, or altered. 

• Appearance of potential fraudulent or criminal activity. ​
